Meridian Inbox

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Meridian Inbox is a private, internal application operated by Meridian BFD. By accessing or using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

Meridian Inbox lets authorized Meridian BFD staff read, organize, and send email for company mailboxes connected via Google OAuth. It is an internal business tool, not a public product, and is provided for Meridian BFD’s own operations.

Authorized use

Access is limited to authorized Meridian BFD staff. You agree to use the app only for legitimate Meridian BFD business, to keep your credentials secure, and not to attempt to access mailboxes or data you are not authorized to use.

Google account access

When you connect a mailbox, you grant the app the Gmail permissions shown on Google’s consent screen. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that email will be sent or synced without delay or failure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian BFD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may modify the app or these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
